This is the end,

This is the end,
The final scene,
You've had more than enough,

No, this is the edge,
The softening ledge,
That tells you when to stop,
The pulling away,
The crumbling days,
That beg you to go on,

Please don't take a step in the wrong direction,
Please don't take a fall you don't deserve,
Don't lose your taste for love and its affection,
Please be strong altho' you may be hurt,

So it's over,
So you say,
It's time for you to cry,
Your only love,
Has gone away,
It's time for you to die,
No, this is the time,
For you to fly,
