I search your deep, dark eyes,
Looking for your heart,
No matter how I try,
I cannot see that far,
But your butterfly sings,
And I know who you are,

I would ever, ever know,
But your butterfly sings,
And your story is told,

And your truth is known,

I study your sweet lips,
Looking for your truth,
Longing for your kiss,
I never can get thru’,
But your butterfly sings,
And I can see you true,
