He’s Got Something For You.

Ladies and gentlemen of the congregation,
May I have your attention please,
This is for those of you who are doubtful,
And those of you who do not believe!

There was a time,
When I was down,
I was hopeless,
I came unwound,
I asked my preacher,
To set me free,
And this is what he said to me,

He’s got something for you,
I know you’ve got something for Him,
But you’ve gotta open up,
And let that savior in,
If you don’t believe me,
Just look at me, my friend,
‘Cos He gave something to me, yeah,
And I gave something to Him,

And so I did,
I took Him in,
No more sorrow,
No more sin,
If you are troubled,
If you are blue,
Then this is what I say to you,

He’s got something for you,
I know you’ve got something for Him,
But you’ve gotta open up,
And let that savior in,
If you don’t believe me,
Just look at me, my friend,
‘Cos He gave something to me, yeah,
And I gave something to Him,

Lord, I am happy,
Lord, I feel good,
Knowing I’m livin’,
That life that I should,
And if you’re feelin’,
The way I do,
Then tell the person right next to you,

Tell them... He’s got something for you,
