Hard To Be Me.

I wanna get away,
I wanna run into the sun,
I wanna sit in the midst of it all,
And not be seen by anyone,
I wanna be distant,
I wanna go where no one goes,
I wanna sit and watch your every move,
And yet, you’ll never know,

O’, it’s hard to be me,
So very hard to be me,
Wanting to see it all,
But not wanting to be seen,
Wanting to love everyone,
But not wanting anyone to love me,

I wanna rest on a cloud,
I wanna soar up high,
I wanna fly away,
I wanna stand on the sky,
I wanna hold your soul inside my love,
And not disturb your wishing star,
I wanna look inside your head,
And not intrude upon your heart,

O’, it’s hard to be me,
So very hard to be me,
Wanting to see it all,
But not wanting to be seen,
Wanting to love everyone,
But not wanting anyone to love me,

I wanna be here,
I wanna be gone,
I wanna be near,
But don’t wanna be wrong,
O’, I can count on me,
But what I always find true,
What’s right is the exception,
‘Cos I can’t count on counting on you,

O’, it’s hard to be me,
So very hard to be me,
Wanting to see it all,
But not wanting to be seen,
Wanting to love everyone,
But not wanting anyone to love me,

To be like me,
But since I know,
It’s only my dream,
