Falling into Winter.

O', cannot we see at all,
The death of things that come in fall,
Fall loses warmth that the summer lent her,
Then gains coldness for the coming winter,
Now, as the snow about the ground does lie,
The birth spring fought for begins to die,
The elements of winter leave nothing to save,
Just the death of life and its quiet grave.
