The Krew Klutz Klan.
The McDonaldland Klan has made a change,
With the craziness on a wider range,
Now, the managers have basically stayed the same,
So let’s get a peek at the krew’s little game,
The craziness is proved by our family tree,
For, who else, would admit being related to me,
Let me try to describe the krew,
From another crazy krew member’s point of view,
Some of the krew don’t know the meaning of life,
Like Loose, who’s trying to date Terri, my wife,
The grill krew of Dooger, Dave T., and D. Bayes,
Puts new people like Playdough and Mary B. in a craze,
Joetta and Lindy now work breakfasts and days,
And Tim and Tom are still twins in too many ways,
Mom won’t let me date Lisa, she says it’s not right,
But I think that I’ll ask her and date her in spite,
Melinda is another of the McDonaldland cuties,
And Lightnin’ is surely one of the fruities,
Another one of the workers is Ingles, Mary,
Who publishes my poems and has parties, prairie,
Janet’s pretty rough considering she’s so old,
Patty laughs too often at jokes that are not told,
I think everyone is mentioned, at least I hope they are,
Now you see the people crazy, and conditions bizarre,
We’ll probably lose the Klan, if only one by one,
But I will always strive to remember the fun.

The McDonaldland Klan.

The McDonaldland Klan.
Listen up now, try to understand,
And I’ll introduce you to McDonaldland,
The crew is crazy, there is no doubt,
They turn all your tho’ts inside out,
The craziness of the crew is a lot of fun,
But the best comes when the work is done,
This is when managers go berserk,
And it’s a slap in your face and ice down your shirt,
One particular manager I have in mind,
Sprays bug spray and “maybe” acts gay all the time,
The young wedded one sings like Little Bo Peep,
I just hope I’m on his schedule next week,
Kiddo, I tho’t, was bright and concerned,
But his brain took a walk and never returned,
One’s on the short side as everyone sees,
This quality makes her quite easy to tease,
Now the manager we all like to call Anna,
Might notta know how, but she thinka she canna,
Tracy, you see, now he’s the one,
With the habit of calling everyone son,
There’s a little one that still looks like a child,
But when told throws fits and goes totally wild,
The head of the gang is a bit of a ham,
I won’t be mean ‘cos he won’t give a damn,
The owner works right along with the crew,
And all in all is as crazy as you,
This is where I aint’ I and you ain’t you,
It’s WillyToad*, 'possum, Peanut and Pooh,
There’s more details I can think of right off hand,
But for the most part that’s McDonaldland.

For Being Loose.

For Being Loose.
Loose, my brother, you’re quite a guy,
When we’re with you the time just flies,
Of course, it always does when we’re having fun,
For a smile like yours could brighten the sun,
The time spent with you cannot be outclassed,
And you’re just the type to make it last,
This party to honor the birth of you,
Is the best attempt at the least we could do,
I’ll never remember you as just another,
But as the Koala Bear Kid and a helluva brother.

What The Hell.
Unpublished Works, © 2002, BillyPauleyJr.*
What the Hell.
What do you say,
What the hell,
Who would know,
Who could tell,
You stand alone,
No one can know,
How much it hurts,
How deep it goes,
Don’t go to sleep,
The dreams will come,
Don’t stay awake,
You’ll come undone,
So what do you do,
What do you say,
What the hell,
Anyway.

Lazy Girl.
Unpublished Works, © 2001, BillyPauleyJr.*
Lazy Girl.
Ivy is so stubborn,
I don't know why she is,
She's anxious with her fiery heart,
But she's selfish with her kiss,
She wants to know how love is,
She wants to feel it strong,
She wants to open up her heart,
But fears it could go wrong,
O', I think I shall marry Ivy,
She's such a lazy girl,
She'll never find a love alone,
In her fat and lazy world,
She doesn't dare to venture,
She doesn't kiss to tell,
I think I shall marry Ivy,
Just to save her from herself,
Ivy is a coward,
Afraid of her own heart,
Like every breath a target,
And love her only dart,
Lurking in the darkness,
And wishing to the sky,
Believing it may give her wings,
But still afraid to fly,
O', I think I shall marry Ivy,
She's such a lazy girl,
She'll never find a love alone,
In her fat and lazy world,
She doesn't dare to venture,
She doesn't kiss to tell,
I think I shall marry Ivy,
Just to save her from herself,
Ivy is a damsel,
And love is her distress,
You can lead her with emotion,
But you can't make her undress,
She argues there's no heartache,
In a heart that she won't share,
I argue there's a better fate,
For hearts that dare to care,
O', I think I shall marry Ivy,
She's such a lazy girl,
She'll never find a love alone,
In her fat and lazy world,
She doesn't dare to venture,
She doesn't kiss to tell,
I think I shall marry Ivy,
Just to save her from herself,
Yes, I think I shall marry Ivy,
And take her from her shelf,
O', I wonder if she shall marry me,
Just to save me from myself.
O', yeah.

Easter Sunday.
Unpublished Works, © 2002, BillyPauleyJr.*
Easter Sunday.
It’s Sunday,
Easter Sunday,
Quietly in our bed,
There is rain there on our window,
And peace inside my head,
There’s warmth inside my soul,
Where an ice storm used to be,
There’s a silent conversation there,
Between God and me,
“Listen,” He said, “to my lesson,
The meaning in this day”,
Salvation is my promise,
Sacrifice the way”,
I smiled,
A simple smile,
And felt my heart grow warm,
Inside the sun began to shine,
And break my inner storm,
I prayed for God to help me,
Not falter in my quest,
And to remember, sometimes,
The answer won’t be “yes”,
“Listen,” He said, “to my lesson,
The meaning in this day”,
Salvation is my promise,
Sacrifice the way”,
And so I do,
I miss you,
With my very heart,
But God has His Almighty plan,
And sacrifice... your part.

Penny.
Penny, I love you, you make me proud,
Everything you do,
Near and far in this world, I've found,
No one like you,
Yeah, you,
A long, long, long, long time ago,
It seems like forever to me,
We used to live in a world I know,
So happy and free,
Then time went on and on and on,
And so as well did we,
But I still see you all day long,
In the sweetest memory,
Penny, I love you, you make me proud,
Everything you do,
Near and far in this world, I've found,
No one like you,
Yeah, you,
Yeah, Penny, with you my life is fulfilled,
I held you then and I always will,
In a memory, in my heart held still,
Yes, I always, always will,
Love you still,
Not too long, long, long ago,
A friend was asking me,
How the hell we could be so close,
I said now can't you see,
As time went on and on as it will,
And so as well did we,
I held her every moment still,
In the sweetest memory,
Penny, I love you, you make me proud,
Everything you do,
Near and far in this world, I've found,
No one like you,
Yeah, you.
