One Soldier To Save.

He was found,
In the midst of success,
With everything he tried,
He couldn't fail,
He was simply the best,
Still at night; he cried,
For what he couldn't believe,
Caused his heart to grieve,
Brothers dying all around him,
He had no saving deed,

He wasn't happy inside,
To know he'd only tried,
Even tho' his heart; his family,
Would always cry,

Slow it down,

He stood up,
In the face of danger,
He was not afraid to fall,
He laughed loudly,
Just to hear the anger,
He was bigger than it all,
But what he couldn't forget,
Was his only regret,
Sisters dying all around him,
He hadn't saved one yet,

He wasn't happy inside,
To know he'd only tried,
Even tho' his heart; his family,
Would always cry,
